Tax Credits

Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC)

Up To $9,600 Per Employee

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal program that incentivizes businesses to hire and retain individuals from certain target groups, whom the Department of Labor has identified as facing significant barriers to employment. RestaurantLink will file the required government reporting which provides a dollar-for-dollar reduction of federal tax liability.

On average, we find 10% of restaurant employees qualify for $1500 in WOTC.  For example, if you have 40 employees you could reduce your federal tax liability by $6,000.
